Recently picked this up at my LFS. It has pretty much become every visitor's favorite piece in the aquarium.

thanks, I think it is so cool as well. I paid $65 for it, and at first I thought it was high. But now being able to spend so much time looking at it, I think it was worth it. I am including another picture, somewhat more of a close up, and did a little photoshop work in cropping and resizing... these are worth getting.

From memory the Yellow are non-photosynthetic.

The Gorgonians themselves aren't but that particular form/species, whichever it is, I've never seen or heard of before.

well knowning stores and fw they make up stuff as they go so who knows with that... i just never seen one but i dont know sw much at all.
