Gorilla Crab?

I think I have a gorilla crab here, but I am not that experienced. I've only had this tank for 3 weeks. Anyway, at lights on I notice my zoa polyps were all curled inward and tangled. I saw this guy on the LR right near them. Pulled the rock and got the bugger out after a little hide and seek. Can someone with experience confirm this for me? Please see pix below. Any help that you can provide is much appreciated.

If it is a gorilla crab, what do I do with it?

Looks like a gorilla to me. Some put them in the sump but I won't because if you add more than one then they can breed and eventually the small ones could make it back up to your tank. I disposed of mine in a quick fashion.

Could also be a teddy bear crab
