Aquarium Advice Apprentice
Just found some small holes in his fin and he has another small hole in his actual body. He is in a tank with just guppies, shrimp, and snails, so I don’t think anything is attacking him. 
I did just lose a couple of guppies out of that tank last week, but I thought it was just stress? They didn’t have any holes, just lost a bit of color then went belly up.
All my water testing says I’m within tolerences (0, 0, 5ppm). My ph has gone up (from 7.4 to 8 from the tap) but I have a piece of driftwood in there to help level it out....
