Green Terror has "swollen" anus?

My green terror has a swollen appearing anus, which looks like there is an egg stuck (shaped like an egg and it is whitish in color). Im pretty sure It is a female, but it shouldnt be laying eggs as it is too young and not in a pair. I tried but couldn't get a decent picture of it.

What could this be?
