I started fishkeeping about 15 years ago with a little betta named Isocrates in a 5-gallon (and, later, a 10-gallon) tank. Over the years there have been other bettas, and now I'm ready for a bigger tank. Thanks to my sweet husband, I'm the owner of a 27-gallon Marineland "cube" tank. I finally got it set up, cycled, and now it's home to 6 black skirt tetras and 5 nerite snails. So far, so good.

Although I haven't posted on this forum before, I've been following along, and I quickly learned that you give GREAT advice. Thanks for the time and effort you put into the site.
