At the moment I have the fifteen-ish, 1 month old fry in a 10 gallon. I figure I should move them soon so they wont be stunted? How big should the tank be?

A twenty long will be good if they are just growing out and plan on putting them somewhere else once they are older. If you want them to live there permanently I would up to a 30 gallon or a 40 gallon breeder.

The 40 breeder would be a good grow out tank but I am unsure of your space.'

Best of luck with the swordtails, - Raymond

You can fit 80 newborn fry comfortably in a 20 gallon but eventually you will need to allocate 4 gallons or more per fish (30 gallons for every 6 to 8 fish).
