growth in live rock

Hey does anybody know what this Sturgis growing in my live rock not sure if I should remove it or leave it. Any help would be great thanks

There are several types of macro algae you have there. One is scroll algae Scroll Algae
and the other looks like ulva, or sea lettuce...this one is just a guess.

It'd be better homed in a refugium. If not properly trimmed and maintained it could take over your tank.
