Guppies shy?

I have two guppies ATM and they both seem to like to hide behind the heater. Are they sick? FYI the temp in take is stable.

Did you just get them? If so, I like to keep the lights off if possible and let new fish acclimate to their new surroundings for 24-36 hrs.

I keep mine at 74. Guppies prefer 78 - 82.

Well I've had them for about a week or so. And the temp is usually around 78-80

Sounds like you're doing everything right. If they look/eat healthy, maybe they are just shy.
