Yes they will. Guppies will also breed with mollies.

Ok cause my lfs have me different types and what one will be more dominant with the color of the fry

Black (grey) bodied fish are dominant over blonde, yellows or reds. Basic genetics.mmin fact what you have are fixed lines of different generic colored guppies, all are poecilia reticulata, and mixing them is good because inbreeding is always bad. You can't just breed brother to sister for more than 2-3 gens before they get weak and die off. So let your mixture breed and have fun!
