Hey there my guppy fry are now 2 weeks old. When should i let them in the main tank cause i struggle to vac the breeder net properly. They would be in with older guppys, dwarf gouramis, polka dot loaches, neons and black neons and julii corys in 165l (45g) there is one whos been doin alright that managed to escape but i think a shoal of the little ones might add more attention.

Thanks

A good way to tell if you can let them go is their size. Look at the largest fish's mouth, your dwarf gourami, and compare it to the fry. If they could fit in his mouth you need to give them a little longer. You might could add some java moss or other plants to give them hiding places if you really want to release them.

Diameter, my oldest guppy fry are 4 weeks old and my platy and other guppies can't eat them (I still have them in a divided part of the tank) but they are still so small they can't eat my new fry.
