Guppy Stuff

So I have 4 guppies 3 months old and Im wondering what to get for them like what kind of accessories. So far I feed them omega flakes, plecocaine, color enhancing pelletsand sometimes brine shrimp. They have a sponge filter and hornwort. The female is also pregnant. Am I forgetting to put something in the tank? Also What kind of cleanup crew should i get like to clean algae the female eats SOME of the algae but it always grows back and the once a week water change doesn't really do anything to the algae so a kind of cleanup water critter that doesn't eat guppy fry and likes algae. Also should I give them a more varied diet because I also have some algae pellets and goldfish flakes. Thank You

What size tank do you have? Some otos might work. Guppies like a lot of plants. New life spectrum flakes would be good to switch things up a bit.
