Guppy with prolapsed uterus!

This has never happened to me before so I'm not real sure what to do!! This was my favorite female guppy! I walked back to check my tanks and this pink fleshy almost looked like a deflated ballon was hanging out of her underside! She seemed to swim around the same and act normal! is there anything I should do???

My favorite guppy died due to the same problem, so you are lucky she's still alive and okay. I think the only thing to do is hope it corrects itself.
