Halloween Crab

This is a Halloween crab correct? My lfs said they were banded hermits and had them listed for 99 cents. I thought it was a steal if I'm correct!

Yep. Halloween hermit. They only use cone snail shells, his looks a little big for his size though.

Cone snails. I guess it's just their preference? I think it stems from mimicry of the actual cone snail, a very deadly animal.
