Hello, I just got hold of a 2 gallon tank, and want to fill it up with corals and some Harlequin Shrimp. Is it possible to keep them in a 2 gallon? I will do water change from my main tank

Possible yes advised not so much

Anything's possible. But this is just something I wouldn't try at all. Although they're quite small, they do best as mated pairs and are quite fussy eaters. In doing so, I think this would be a great example of survive vs. thrive, if you could get and keep them eating.

harlequin shrimp in a 2 gal tank no way it would starve in a week
another factor harlequin's are active 2g don't have a big enough foot print to support this shrimp

There are many reasons I would not advise this. All shrimp are sensitive to water variation and a small tank does nothing but vary. Shrimp are very hard to keep long term in tiny systems. Wish it was different.
