Hatchetfish

Well got three new hatchets and one has had trouble getting around I have found him laying on plants at the bottom and he has sometimes just got stuck in the filter corner and will not move even if I get in there with the net several times today I thought he was dead

When was the last water change/how much water was changed?
Do you have a testing kit? If you do, what are the water parameters?
Ammonia?
Nitrite?
Nitrate?
pH?

How long has the fish been in this tank?
What other fish are in the tank and how many?
