Heatless treatment of Ich

What advice would you suggest for a betta with ich in a 1 gallon betta tank with no heater or filtration? The ich is primarily on it's pectoral fins.

Right now, I am trying a bit of salt with Aquari-sol. Will Aquari-Sol cause some stress in the Betta?

Unfortunately, I don't have my main tank set up and ready yet, as I'm waiting on a delivery of some of my equipment.

Does your tank have a light? Shouldn't it get hot enough to provide heat for the tank?

It's more of a bowl than a light, I shouldn't have discribed it that way. But I do have an empty 15 g tank with a light that I can put this bowl into. I'll try that....
