Just wanted to introduce myself here. I've been keeping cichlids for about 10 yrs now. I've kept Central/South Americans & Mbunas. But my cichlid of choice comes from Lake Victoria. Here's some of my guys
(Pundamillia Nyererei Makobe Island)
(Here's a pic of one of his sons, he's close to 2")
(Haplochromis Ruby Green, here two fight for Boss spot, but overall relatively peaceful for a cichlid)
(Mbipia cf. Lutea Yala Swamp, growing these guys out, they're about 2"....can be highly agressive)
(Not my guy, but this is how an adult Mbipi looks)
(Yssichromis sp. Blue Tipped, also peaceful for a cichlid)
I pretty much keep species only tanks, so I don't have as many species as I would like.....I've bred every species I own except for the Red Tail Shellers (not pictured)
Thanx 4 Having Me!
