I'm a former salt water tank keeper (55) who used to collect his own fish from offshore North Carolina in my diving days. That was 20 years ago.
I recently got the sw tank bug again and bought a 36 bow front and stand, set it up and stocked it with turbo snails, dwarf hermit crab, chocolate chip star, ocellaris clowns, pajama cardinals and firefish. The two clowns and cardinals appeared fine for about a week then one died about every other day amid constant water testing and observation. The cc star two firefish and snail appear to be fine. No signs of disease or aggravation by other fish.
So I'm going to wait a while longer before adding more fish.
