As you can see I am new to the forums.
Before I start Thank you in advance for any info/input or help !!!!
I am not a stranger to fish keeping, but out of place when it comes to community tanks. I normally go for aggressive fish salt or fresh. But, this time I want to go with a peaceful tank with color and a bunch of small fish for my kids to enjoy.
here's a copy of my profile listing my equipment:
Switching my 120 long over from saltwater to freshwater.
Looking to do something completely different than what I am use to. aggressive to community.
Current equipment:
120 -- 60x18x26 - 4 - 1" bulk heads - homemade stand and canopy
2 - Hydor Koralia, think # 3's or 4's
Fluval FX5 Canister
Rena XP5 Canister -- debating if I need to run with FX5
50 gallon breed sump -- connected but not sure is I will use
mag drive 18 return pump -- will use if I run a sump
2 -- Hagen AquaClear 110'S -- Prob run 1
HOT Magnum 250
120 lbs of gravel
glass tops
That's all I can think of off the top of my head.
I hope to have a Tetra community tank, lost of smaller fish and a variety of color.
