I am new to the Cichlid hobby and right off the bat I had an Iceberg Electric Blue holding. I was told to move her to her own 10 gal, when I did she spit all the eggs. Is this now a lost cause or will the eggs hatch while just being on there own. Also should I leave the mom in the tank or put her back into regular population. Please help me!!!

Thank-you for the help! I checked the link and I made the best I could out of what I could find. Hopefully it will work and the eggs will hatch without a problem. Off hand would you know how long that would take?

70-78 hours, I believe....good luck, and keep us updated on their progress.

Not uncommon for the female to spit when being transferred, especially if this is her first time holding. Good luck!
