Help! Ick will not stay away!

I've had aquariums for years and I love them. I have a 100 gal bow front, with a tiger Oscar and 3 parrot cichlids, a 10 gal with a male betta and guppies, and a 30 gal octagon with mollies and tetras. My ick problem is in the 30 gal octagon. About every month I have an outbreak of ick. Treating the problem with wardley essentials ick away. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks everyone!
