Ok, keep the little one in the cup until she gets stronger, but change 50% of her water EVERY day, her fins should heal up. Also, put her somewhere warm until she can get back into the tank. Try to keep her water at about 78*.

One seems to bite the other occasionally but and chase each other but they seem to fine other times or mostly

Yeah, as long as their isn't any serious damage on the two in the 10 gallon, they should be fine.

Ok thx what should I look for in damage besides torn fins

Just make sure there aren't any chunks missing out of their bodies, and make SURE no white fluff (fungus) starts growing on any of the wounds. Keep the water really clean, and they shouldn't get fungus.
