Shes been swimming down like she has a full swim bladder had her 3 weeks what do I do

I'm not sure I understand the question. What do you maen by full swim bladder? Is it swimming erratically?

What size tank is this fish in and long long has thewtank been running?
What are your water parameters, specifically ammonia, nitrate and pH?

She's swimming toward the bottom as hard as she can and trying to tuck herself under rocks so she won't float back to the top the tanks been up for 6 months parameters are fine not sure of exact testing tomorow last checked 3 days ago all good
