Help needed on ID

Hi all I've found this on my live rock which has totally baffled me. The only way I can describe it is it looks like silly string. Is it good or bad ? Any help will be much appreciated, thanks. Sorry about the pic it's the best I can get it.

Maybe a spaghetti worm. I have never had one but I seen some pics . Google it and see what you think .

Hi, thanks it might be that but when my squat lobster crabbed it it didn't retract.
