Help needed

Hi guys im a newbie here. Can anybody tell me what is wrong with my wagtail platty? He looks drained and strange. He sitting at bottom of tank and then he will swim and go back to bottom??

he just looks hungry to me. feed him extra for a while and he should be fine

I feed them every other day but have put live shrimp in tank just
