At a glance, it looks like a fungus.
Could you please tell us a bit about the tank like the size, tankmates, inverts in the tank, is it planted, how long has it been set up? Also, how long has the issue been going on?
Many fungi can be treated, we just need to know a bit more about the situation to be able to give you proper treatment advice.

I'm having this tank from beginning of February Previously my friend had it as marines tank. Of course I've cleaned everything. Tank has been circled and is 200 litres. In side are is very young shark ( 1 inch big), 3 neons, elephant nose, 2 guppies, bulldog plec, 2 mollys. I have noticed the problem today also I have checked amonia level and gone from 0 on Friday to 0.5-1 today. I've removed this gourami to different tank now.
