Help please

I bought a baby Kribensis a few months ago and it is now a full grown male I bought a female a week ago and the male is trying to bite her stomach how do I get these two too pare off her belly is bright pink and the male seems interested how long does this take

You won't get them to do anything. Either they do or they don't. Just let nature do what nature does.

Male and female what? And most cichlid species don't go from baby to full grown adult in a matter of a few months...What's the species? What's the tank size? What's the stock list? What's the decor in the tank?
