Help save lives bare bottom 3 gal

I have been without power for 2 days and I have kept my fish alive. It's getting to cold though, I plan to take 3 gallons of water my clowns gramma mushrooms and snails and give to a friend, will this work, also would u take a piece of liverock?

Wouldn't worry about the rock. Generator would be the way to go. You live on the east coast by chance

Are these fish in a 3 gal, or being transported in 3 gallons?
