Its been about 2 weeks maybe since i started noticing that my mother guppy was swimming a little wobbly and ticked somethimes (haven't seen ticking lstely anymore) and she seems to be the only one acting strange. I do weekly 25% water changes and add conditioner to it. She seems to be eating but the daughter guppy always seems to be eating most of the food . Its a 5.5 gallon with 2 small guppies , 2 mother guppy , and a female betta who does not fight or anything aggressive . I also have 2 live plants . I dont have the heater on because it is hot outside and the AC is at 78° . She doesnt float at the top she just thought inwas going to feed her.

Sounds like internal parasites worms or bacteria. Likely just have to cull her. The beta really should have its own tank.

Cull means put down humanely, like dropping into a bucket of ice water or clove oil water. If shes not eating and floating around uncontroably, she probably has a swim bladder infection, and she looks bloated in the chest, which tells me internal organ damage theres probably not a lot you can do. Guppies don't live long anyways, 2 years at max, if you want to raise guppies, you have to get use to them dying.

Oh :( shes still eats but has a hard time with her vision seeing food . I heard that the ice method is painful to the fish because ice forms inside of them . Is this true ?

I suppose if you really want her to pass peacefully....get some clove oil from a fitness goods store and put a few drops in some water and stir it then drop her in, it sedates them..... followed by icey death.
