What kind of plant? CO2? Ferts? Root tabs? Lighting, type and duration that it's on?

Every time I tried growing wisteria it melted. So I know what you mean about wilting.

Rivercats and Foster53 are both very knowledgeable about plants.

What kind of plant? stem plant --> not sure what species
CO2? DIY CO2 with nano co2 diffuser
Ferts? yes, provided, using ADA brighty K & ADA step 1 as just planted
Root tabs? None, direct planted into soil
Lighting, type and duration that it's on? T5, 16watt x 2 tube, duration 6-8 hours per day

The plant looks like maybe ludwigia or bacopa.

That should be good parameters but if you just put it in it might be melting. Plants do that when moved.

Tank height?

Hi, it should be bacopa.
i move the plant around 4 -5 days already.
but the melt getting more and more
tank height around 35-40cm

Sounds like you are doing a good job. If you fear losing the plant, I would cut a few tops off (3-4 ") and replant in the aquarium or in a container. The tops are fresher growth in your tank and will prolly grow very well.
