help with a fish ID

Here is a couple pics, I couldn't get a real good one. It looks like an electric yellow to me. It has the black band, 7 stripes or 8 if you count the that goes threw its eyes, and it looks like he is starting to get one under his eyes. He isn't growing very fast cause I bought 2 others the same size and they have way passed him and they don't look alike.

It may be a hybrid electric yellow, or just a poorly bred one.

What is the white fish in the foreground?

It could have been fry from an electric yellow kept in the same tank as one of the white varieties of Labidochromis, ie L. chisumulae or L. caeruleus "Nkhali" etc. Some of the white morphs are striped.
 
That's just a juvie electric yellow. Could be a female which could explain the small size. Some females get the black striping.
 
The white one I believe is Metriclima Halomaylandi cobue lilac greberi that I got from live fish direct. My electric yellows I got from petsmart.
