Can anyone help me with this?

Not sure if its ill or not, it keep staying still with its head down

It's hard to tell from the picture, but staying still with its head down does sound like something could be wrong. Do you notice any other symptoms? What are your water parameters? Is your tank cycled? What is the temperature? Would you be able to get a clearer picture?

My tank has been going for nearly 5 months now, the temp is about 23c, I have ran out of my kit testers and don't have any money at the mo to check it, last time I checked it everything was fine, it's due a water change this weekend.
