Little guy dead center. Hard to see but I have maybe 2-3 throughout the tank. Also

1st pic looks like a baby mushroom, perhaps.
2nd pic looks like a Majano pest anemone
3rd is a bristle worm, good scavenger to have.

It would be best to get rid of it. They can spread fairly quickly, similar to Aptasia. I've seen pics of a tank completely over-run with them, in 4-6 months.
The same methods for removal of Aptasia can be employed. Aptasia-X probably works best, injected directly into the mouth of the Nem.
