help with molly fry

What should i feed my molly fry n how often

Hikari first bites 5 times a day

Hatch some brine shrimp and feed 3-4 times a day. Micro works work well, live baby brine trumps all prepared foods.

if you cant get any first bites then feed some liquid fry. or brine shrimp

if you don't have anything else, you could always use flakes (you have to crush them up into a fine "dust" and use toothpicks to put it into the water) Although, brine shrimp or Hikari first bites would be more nutritious for the fry.

What I do with my fry is feed it reef veggie pellets. There small and easy for then to eat. But you want more variety so I crunch up flakes for the fry. Although don't make it to big, or the fry will not eat. I've been told to feed them about 3 times a day.
