the fry are now free swimming and parents are removed to community tank and i have fry in fry tank now what is next?

what to feed them i have raised varies of fish in past but not of this species u have multiple types of food at my disposal but which one do i use. i have BBS, hard boiled egg yolk in a jar with water mixed and crushed, powdered adult food, frozen beef hart, and frozen cichlid delight.

They are probably big enough to eat bbs and it's the best nutrients for them. All my fry love them and I use them to trigger my fish into spawning. It seems like they like the excitement of the chase. Not like the shrimp can really move lol
