High Band fin issue

Just noticed this on my High Band




There's a white coat forming where the fins meet the body.

Also, on his dorsal fin there is a white speck.

I'm trying to decide if I should quarantine my Hi Fin.

well, now the infection has eatin through one of his pectoral fins...

I'm not sure really but I'd try to get some antibiotics and isolate him in another tank and hope for the best. Sounds pretty bad
