So I'm in the process of cycling my aquarium. I've noticed recently there are a couple of small snails on my glass. So my questions are does this mean my tank is cycled? Seeing as the snails are doing fine in there. And 2 should I be getting rid of them?

Not necessarily. Fish can live in bad conditions just not long. It is up to you if you want to keep them or not. Just depends what you are going to put in the tank for fish. They may get eaten.

I would rely on test results (ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate) on determining whether the tank is cycled or not. The presence of snails is not an indicator of this.
