Is this diatoms cuz my lights are bright or left on too long .fully cycle tank too

It's just recently got cycled my lights are hi 5 output lights and idk about the last thing your asking about

Okay so you have t5ho correct is it a dual or single bulb fixture. The photoperiod is the amount of time you leave your lights on during the day. The diatoms should go away in a few weeks.
 
Then it's probably just the normal diatom bloom that happens in many newly setup tanks and is unrelated to your lighting for now.
 
We set up a couple Fluval Edge 6 gallons about 4 months ago and I found when I cut the lights to only 6 hours a day there was alot less diatoms.
