Hole in the head maybe.

I got a flame angel yesterday and have him in the qt tank right now. I noticed a white spot about 1/2 or 1mm in size above the lip. I'm thinking it's hole in the head because it looks too big to be an ich spot. From what I've read, this seems to be the start. What antibiotic should I use to treat it and will hyposalinity kill the effect of the antibiotic. He eats just fine and swims normally. ammonia is 0, nitrite is 0, and nitrate is 10.

Well if it is a hole it is head and lateroline corrosion and no meds will do anything to help much. The best thing to do is feed it any kind of gracellia and that will help cure it drastically. hope i helped!!!
