Hole in the head

I believe my bala shark may have come down with hole in the head disease. He looks like he has a big white "hole" on the top of his head. He was in a 75 gallon aquarium with bio-wheels. None of the other fish in the tank are showing any symptoms of any sickness. I pulled him out and placed him in a hospital tank. Any ideas on the best way to treat him?

Usually fish get hole In the head from poor water conditions, what are your water parameters? It can be cured simply by improving water quality if it's caught early enough

All the parameter are in good shape.
PH = 6.3, Ammonia = 0, Nitrite = 0, Nitrate = 0.5

I would just put him back and do small daily wc until the spots gone. That's how I do with my oscars
