Home made Malawi Food

I recently read information and watched a video on making home made ice cube foods for Malawi Cichlids.
is this truely healthy for them?
ingrediants:
1 cup zuchini
1 cup brocolli
2 cloves garlic
and 1 cup either shrimp or krill
processed in a food processor with a half cup of warm tank water.
then frozen in an ice tray.
fed once a day.

I would probably do less of the shrimp krill or shrimp. When I make it I just take one little sliver of fish.

I use vitamins & spirulina powder also in mine with seaweed
