How are these lights?

Okay so I was going to pick up some prime and I saw these. And thought if they would be okay for low-medium light plants in a 75g with dry ferts under substrate, liquid ferts, and with no co2?
I'm sure you guys have seen these around.... thanks!

Also should they be switched every 6months?

They'll work. I used them in the beginning. Changed them once a year and did fine.

I assume you have a T5 HO fixture to put them in...??? IF so, then yes - those bulbs are fine. I am about due replacing a few of mine, having run them a little over a year.
