I know it's related to ph, so should I raise it? The ph right now is looking normal.

Telling us what your PH is would help. Unless your fish require hard water, or your water is so soft that you are having PH stability issues, I wouldn't worry about it. It is much better to maintain a stable water chemistry, even if it is not the "perfect" water chemistry.
