How do I change my light bulb.

I know I know how many blondes does it take to change a light bulb. But I can't get the old light out of my hood. Can anyone tell me how to get it out?!?

Hahaha! Thank you! We use LEDs but I don't have a led for plant spectrum yet so I had an old hood with a regular light. I have never monkied with that before!
