How Do I Use My Lights!

I have a 15 gallon reef tank with hanging lights.
Im not sure the specs on the lights but there are a total of 4 bulbs.
3 blue
1 white

1 switch turns on 2 blues
1 switch turns on 1 white and 1 blue.

What times of the day do i use what lights.

note: i have zoanthids, a clown, a pipe organ coral, and a 6 line wrasse

What I do with my lights is run them for a total of 8 hours. My first two blue come on an hour before the other two and stay on for an hour after my white bulbs go off. Buy some cheap timers to make easy work of this if you don't already have them.

Switch on 2 blues at 9 am and off at 9 pm
Siwth on white and blue at 10 am and off at 8 pm
For a total of 12 hours
You can make adjustment if you like.
I turn it on late so I have enough time to watch it at night
