do whater changes(how to mix it etc?) and where do u find live sand at?

I mix my new saltwater in a bucket with a powerhead for at least 24-48hrs before the water change, some people also add a heater to the saltwater mix to match the tank temp.

Live sand can be bought at your fish store and even at petco.
