How long can frozen food keep for once opened?

Hi I was just wondering how long a cube of frozen food can last once you open it. I have a 20g high with 2 rams 10 pygmy cories so most of the time I feed pellets once and a third cube of frozen bloodworms/brine shrimp once a day. Can I keep a cube of opened frozen food for 3 days or so?

So total I feed 2 times a day. Is that too much or too little for the fish?

Yes. Still frozen. How long can it keep while frozen but open?

I have the alfoil packs and these get a bit ripped, exposing the frozen cubes. Never noticed any issues over say a week. Reminds me that I must get some more.

If the foil gets ripped, you'll get some freezer burn that will spoil that bit of food to a degree. I have a Food Saver, so I sometimes keep mine in a vacuum-sealed bag, which preserves it for a long time.
