How many male fancy guppies in a 75 litre tank??

Do you reckon??? And would a rocky w/fake plants setup be OK??
I am new here so if I put this in the wrong forum then I am sorry and where should I have put it?
Any help would me much appreciated.
P.s I'm not new to the hobby, but have never kept live bearers.

Lots of plants and a small group of schooling fish like neons or zebra danios to distract any aggressive fish and you could have 10 or so.
