How much light

Was just wondering what level it would be considered if I have a standard 55 gal tank with a dual 24 watt t5 ho fixture with one 10000 k light and one 6500k light also have a cfl fixture( that I made myself out of an outdoor light) that is 63 watts and 6500 k puts off 4500 lumens . Any thoughts on what my light lvls might be and the plants I could grow

I run a 55g with a 2 bulb T5HO fixture with a Geisemann 6000K Midday bulb and a Geisemann Aquaflora bulb and get a solid medium light. I can grow just about anything in the tank except for high light carpeting plants. I also get very good color on my non-green plants.
