how tall do these plants grow?

I am planning on having a 29 gallon tank with a dual T5HO light and dirt and I want to know how tall these following plants will get when they mature:

Crypt Walkeri/Lutea
Crypt Wendtii vars. Green
Crypt Wendtii vars. bronze

Crypt Wendtii: 3-8"
Crypt Lutea: less than that, fairly small

I have heard some sources say that lutea stays small but others who say it can get big enough to grow to the surface of my 29 gallon tank. People say that it's because of lighting, but with a dual t5ho light, will it still stay small?
